What?

We offer individual counselling for children and young people for bereavement and other issues such as parental separation, anxiety and depression as well as bereavement. These are in the form of an initial assessment session plus 6/8 individual sessions.

Where?

The sessions are held weekly (at the same day and time) at venues in both Brentwood and Havering.  Our counsellors are also trained and available to carry out telephone or video link counselling. Sessions last 50 minutes.

Cost?

 

Our individual bereavement counselling is free to clients. The service for primary aged children is funded by BBC Children in Need and for secondary aged young people by The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund.

For issues other than bereavement there may be a charge. We are constantly seeking funding to provide sessions at a reduced cost or free to our clients. Please contact our office for further information about fees.
