What?
 

HBBS Counselling offers a range of counselling services for local adults. We can support you with a wide range of issues incorporating loss, bereavement, change in family circumstances, anxiety and depression.

You will be offered an initial assessment followed by an individual counselling programme of 6-8 sessions if you wish to proceed.

Where?

​

The sessions are held weekly (at the same day and time) at either in our base at Ardleigh Green Family Centre, Hornchurch or in counselling rooms in Brentwood. Our counsellors are also trained and available to carry out telephone or video link counselling. Sessions last 50 minutes.

Cost?

​

We are constantly seeking funding to provide sessions at a reduced cost or free to our clients. Please contact our office for further information about fees.
